Our High Energy bird seed mix can be used all year round but has been designed to work best in the cooler autumn and winter months. Containing ingredients to aid birds looking for that winter weight gain such as peanuts, sunflower hearts and mealworms.

It will likely be eaten by garden loving birds such as the Blackbirds, Blue Tits, Chaffinch, Coal tits, House Sparrows, Robins, Starling and Wren.
